About The Event
In the last years, third-party funding (TPF) has rapidly developed as a means for an impecunious party to access justice as well as a convenient risk-sharing mechanism for cash-rich companies. Despite this devolvement, TPF remains a black box for many professionals. We will discuss TPF in a practical format of a case study from the angels of different stakeholders.
Who should attend? Young lawyers specialising in dispute resolution, in-house counsel with an interest in arbitration, (upcoming) arbitrators, and experts involved in arbitration.
